About The Position

Beretta U.S.A. is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager – NFA (Non-Firearms) to drive wholesale and digital sales growth across our Clothing, Accessories, and Pro Shop (gun accessories) categories. This role is critical to executing national sales strategies, strengthening key account relationships, and expanding Beretta’s presence across brick-and-mortar and digital wholesale channels—including Amazon and national e-commerce partners. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Head of Clothing & Accessories, the National Sales Manager will play a key role in shaping strategy, analyzing performance, and supporting a high-performing sales organization to position Beretta as a market leader in the premium lifestyle and outdoor space.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience within the outdoor industry and/or apparel market
  • Proven success managing a defined territory and delivering sustainable growth
  • Strong understanding of outdoor lifestyle, fashion, and shooting sports markets
  • Experience managing or supporting third-party digital wholesale sales
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and translate insights into action
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (graphic design skills a plus)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Execute the national wholesale sales strategy to achieve annual sales objectives for Clothing, Accessories, and Pro Shop categories
  • Manage pre-book and in-season wholesale orders across multiple territories
  • Build and execute seasonal commercial plans, sell-in and sell-out strategies, and promotional initiatives
  • Strengthen and expand Beretta’s U.S. point-of-sale network
  • Drive digital wholesale growth, including Amazon and other national e-commerce accounts
  • Monitor and analyze performance across all commercial sales channels
  • Identify new sales opportunities aligned with Beretta’s distribution strategy
  • Support key accounts through in-season visits, training, brand storytelling, and local marketing activations
  • Provide monthly and seasonal sales analysis, including sell-in vs. sell-out performance
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture that consistently exceeds targets
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to optimize retailer experience and brand execution
