Requirements

  • Experience with program or project and acquisition management supporting a Department of War (DoW) organization
  • Experience drafting, editing, and reviewing documents such as budget exhibits, program review briefs, and acquisition reports for completeness and compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and guidance
  • Experience supporting program baseline and scheduling activities, and creating and maintaining program schedules
  • Experience assisting in reviewing and updating acquisition documentation, such as funding Procurement Requests (PR), Statements of Work (SOW), and Technical Instructions (TI)
  • Experience maintaining financial trackers and providing updates at Financial reviews
  • Experience developing and tracking Obligation Phasing Plans (OPP)s, and 7300’s for NEPS Task Planning Sheets (TPS)
  • Experience with analyzing DoW acquisition policies, procedures, and life cycles
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office 365 Suite applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with NAVSEA, including providing program and acquisition management and financial management support to U.S. Navy ACAT I and II programs
  • Experience with DoW budget requirements, POM PRR, and tracking funding line items and expenditures, including RDT&E, WPN/OPN, and OMN
  • Experience drafting pre-award RFP documents for Navy systems, including Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Experience with DoW or Navy systems, such as PBIS, N-ERP, NEPS, and DAVE
  • Knowledge of DoW or Navy contracting procedures and regulations
  • Knowledge of DoW or Navy Acquisition policies and instructions, such as the DoW 5000 series
  • Master’s degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
