Job Summary: The Navy Facilities Construction Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for construction project oversight across the installation. This position is responsible for leading and managing multiple construction and infrastructure projects from concept through closeout. The Facilities Construction Manager will coordinate with NAVFAC, base leadership, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure alignment with mission requirements, regulatory compliance, schedule performance, cost control, and quality standards.
