Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program management, including in national security, space systems, or defense acqui sit ion
- Experience with EMP or Electromagnetic Interference ( EMI ) technologies
- Experience in hardening infrastructure or systems, including space-based assets, against EMP threats
- Experience with EMP-hardened materials, testing met hodologies, and protective architecture
- Experience interfacing with senior government leaders at the SES, SIS, or GO level
- Ability to stand up and lead offices or programs such as major command-level programs
- Ability to collaborate horizontally and vertically across Space Force, DoD, and congressional offices
- Ability to support general staff functions, including travel planning and TMT management
- TS / SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting the Space military or intelligence communities
- Knowledge of the U.S. Space Force
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, National Security Studies, or equivalent field
