NCQA Accreditation Program Manager leads the strategic planning, documentation, and compliance activities required to achieve and maintain National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) accreditation. The Program Manager drives survey readiness, monitors performance metrics, and collaborates cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts to ensure the organizational compliance with NCQA standards. They are also accountable for supporting or leading key initiatives under the scope of the program, and is responsible for conducting cross-functional governance activities to convene internal and external stakeholders.
