About The Position

We’re looking for a Level II X-Ray (RT) Technician to perform non-destructive testing (NDT) and ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety and performance. In this role, you’ll use advanced radiographic equipment to detect defects and support critical manufacturing processes. What You’ll Do Perform X-ray inspections to detect defects and verify product integrity Interpret radiographs and evaluate film or digital images Follow established NDT procedures and quality standards Conduct system capability checks to ensure equipment accuracy Handle and process X-ray film and related materials Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation Support inventory movement related to inspection processes Adhere to safety protocols, including radiation and hazardous material handling Collaborate with Level III inspectors, supervisors, and production teams Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of NDT / Radiographic Testing (RT) experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred (experience may substitute)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Dependable with a solid attendance record
  • Effective communicator and team player
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
  • Ability to work in a high-activity manufacturing environment
  • Must pass a visual acuity exam
  • Capable of meeting physical demands of the role
  • Willingness to complete required training and certification (Level I/II progression)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in casting, foundry, or metal manufacturing is a plus
