Requirements

  • Entry Level- All welcome to apply!
  • Sales experience, preferably in home improvement or flooring industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with design concepts and flooring products is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers and turn them into scheduled in home consultations.
  • Collect information of anyone who is interested in completing their flooring projects but may not be ready for a consult yet.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
