About The Position

The candidate will be responsible for the management of DevOps and TFS for the application development teams. The candidate will provide consulting and the implementation for applications authorization and authentication for the Agency .Net applications using a variety of domains and processes. This position requires collaboration with 3rd party vendors and a diverse group of application development teams across DCF. The candidate should have a core knowledge of F5 configuration and load balancing with the ability of making recommendations and validating that configurations have been built according to the requirements or needs of the application. The candidate will need to have additional experience with Active Directory Services and its integration for applications and report queries, and other application configurations as needed to build or support our DCF applications. The Software Engineer reviews the technical designs, security configurations, and implements software programming applications, including software infrastructure and development tools. Supports and/or installs software applications, infrastructure, and development tools such as GitHub, Identity Insigh, Erwin, Collibra. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. The candidate will have 10 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan, and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Good technical oral and written communications are required to work with a variety of stakeholders and developers. On -Call hours may occur with this position but not required. The selected candidate may be required to complete a criminal background check. The selected candidate will be required to sign the Exhibit B (attached).

Requirements

• Advanced level of knowledge and experience multiple scripting languages, VB, .Net C# Java (14 years)
• Advanced level knowledge of Application Load balancing (10 years)
• Advanced system administration of Microsoft IIS (14 years)
• Advanced experience troubleshooting .Net application development issues (15 years)
• Advanced experience in Application Authorization and authentication (15 years)
• Microsoft Visual Studio (15 years)
• Strong background in Microsoft Applications (5 years)
• Active Directory and O365 support (5 years)
• 15 years of experience with .Net application development
• Expert level experience with designing small applications and integration with AD
• Diverse scripting experience with different code blocks
