About The Position

The NetSuite Developer/Analyst role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining internal and external business applications and databases in NetSuite ERP/CRM to provide the technology platform for the business. Design duties include analyzing business requirements, gathering end-user input, and offering solutions using current and emerging technologies. Development duties include coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining applications that are critical to the day-to-day operation of the company. Development may include design and programming database objects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related technical field preferred.
• 4+ years' experience in software development building enterprise class systems.
• Prior experience with manufacturing operations required.
• Experience with RESTful API and SOAP service development required.
• Experience with Celigo.io highly desired.
• Experience with EDI integration highly desired.
• Experience with Visual Basic.NET, MS Visual Studio, and Microsoft SQL Server is critical.
• Experience in creating advanced workflows and strong knowledge of JavaScript / SuiteScript, Java, HTML, XML and SQL.
• Experience with a wide array of programming languages and methods such as C#/C++, Javascript, Java, JQuery, Ajax, HTML5, MVC, and Cloud Computing is desired, but not required.
• Previous experience developing and implementing e-commerce websites desired.

Nice To Haves

• NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud developer highly preferred.
• Microsoft technologies and other industry certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the AgJunction NetSuite ERP/CRM system as the technical expert.
• Design and validate NetSuite solutions based on business requirements.
• Integrate NetSuite with other information systems and perform configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to design solutions for application enhancements and process optimization.
• Analyze and document requirements and use cases for data, workflow, logical process, and business rules for application development.
• Design and develop database schema, stored procedures, triggers and other database objects.
• Write, design, test and support integrations with E-commerce solutions and website applications.
• Identify, diagnose, and work with external vendors to resolve enterprise application, reliability, or performance issues.
• Implement security procedures to ensure that IT Systems remain protected.
• Document code according to IT standards and manage the code repository for IT programmers.
• Complete other related duties as assigned by IT Management.
