About The Position

Strategic IT Lead focused on infrastructure integrity, workflow optimization, and the alignment of core system security with industry standards. Dedicated to driving operational excellence by leading helpdesk teams, managing complex vendor relationships, and overseeing mission-critical technical deployments for high-stakes events. Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is looking for full-time Network Admin who will work with the Technology team to assist office staff and event needs in a wide range of IT and Technical needs

Requirements

  • Computer / networking / telecommunications practices and standards
  • Cisco networking
  • Microsoft Office & Windows Desktop Administration/Active Directory
  • Good listener.
  • Good communicator.
  • Thorough and complete technical analysis and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to communicate effectively with management, guests, and team members.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Have experience with Microsoft Office Environment/Active Directory
  • Possess a Cisco CCNA level or higher certification.
  • Possess a Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification.
  • Be able to work days, evenings and/or weekends as required.
  • Possess an outgoing personality suited to providing exceptional customer service, solving problems, and a commitment to continuous self-improvement.
  • Work well under high pressure situations.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the core IT Infrastructure and ensuring key systems are properly patched and protected.
  • Research current trends and ensure that TDMC is in line with industry standards for network security standards
  • Makes and implements a daily work plan that supports business and operational needs.
  • Prepare work schedules, procedures and workflow as necessary.
  • Document work and communicate plans with to all stakeholders.
  • Has good written and oral skills.
  • Self-motivated, ability to make a plan and implement as appropriate.
  • Performs related duties as assigned or requested.
  • General Microsoft Office 365 user environment setup, configuration and management.
  • Configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Server platforms.
  • Lead IT Helpdesk (passwords, printers, phones, laptops, desktops, hardware, software support) and ensure SLA is enforced.
  • Cisco telephone user support and configuration.
  • Support of mobile devices.
  • Understanding of MDM and Apple iPad best practices and controls
  • Support moves and changes of user equipment.
  • Basic troubleshooting of networking, cabling and wireless.
  • Understanding network cabling standards and making cables.
  • Logging help requests with vendors and following through to resolution.
  • Installation, setup, configuration of switches, phones, computers and printers for staff.
  • Setup of portable switches, phones, printers, computers, wireless on portable racks for events.
  • General knowledge of enterprise switch and routing network.
  • Support Event set-up and coverage as needed
