Location: Koenig & Bauer Office, Dallas, TX Reports to: Director of Software Application and Process Improvement Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST with 1 hour Lunch FLSA Status: Non-exempt/Hourly Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour; $150 on-call for weekend + hours worked Job Responsibility: The Network and Software Coordinator assists in maintaining the company's IT infrastructure and enterprise software systems. This role serves as a critical backup to the Network Coordinator and the Director of Software Application, working to troubleshoot technical issues, manage user access, and maintain data integrity within SAP and Salesforce to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining computer systems and network devices.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective technical support.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Business (completed or in progress with a graduation date within the next 6 months
  • Experience: Proven experience in network administration, troubleshooting, and software support.
  • Computer Skills: General computer applications with Windows, MS Word; Excel; Internet Explorer; and Google products, Apple IOS, etc.

Responsibilities

  • System & User Administration (SAP & Salesforce):
  • Perform user maintenance, including setting up new users, managing permissions, and deactivating accounts in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Oversee data maintenance and integrity; assist in running exception reports to find SAP/Salesforce errors and keep data systems clean.
  • Review Salesforce and SAP data for accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • IT Infrastructure & Support:
  • Configure and set up computer systems, ensuring all users have access to necessary software and resources.
  • Perform imaging of PCs (Laptops and desktops), printers, PC/Server applications, and mobile devices.
  • Provide timely technical support to employees facing network-related problems and diagnose connectivity issues (wired and wireless).
  • Install and update operating systems, software applications, and security patches as needed.
  • Backup & Liaison Duties:
  • Act as a primary backup to Network Coordinator and the Director of Software Application and Process Improvement, ensuring continuity of operations during absences or high-volume periods.
  • Serve as a liaison point between the IT Germany team and the US team for troubleshooting, updating, and implementing system changes.
  • Work with the manager on process improvement implementation, including system testing and reviewing failures.
  • General Maintenance:
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain an inventory of network hardware and software licenses.
  • Run monthly reports for the software and finance teams as required.
