The Network Capacity Coordinator drives the sustainability and effectiveness of partner agencies through strategic training, targeted resource coordination, and infrastructure advancement. This role evaluates and enhances partner agency capacity, facilitates regional partner agency collaboration, and administers resources to build and strengthen partner agency operations. The role also works closely within the Network Engagement team to recruit and train new partner agencies while also ensuring partner agency compliance with all Local and Federal Government, Feeding America and Food Bank regulatory guidelines. This position plays a crucial role in building a resilient, high-performing partner network that advances equitable food access across the Food Bank’s 34-county service area. Primary Responsibilities: Build strong, trust-based relationships with regionally assigned partner agencies as it relates to capacity building, resource development, and similar network sustaining needs. Collaborate with the Network Engagement and Network Data teams to collect and analyze partner capacity data and recommend strategic capacity-building initiatives. Design and deliver training and other resources for partner agencies on topics such as fundamentals of nonprofit management, equitable distribution practices, and community engagement. Support partner agencies in accessing resources, grants, and equipment to expand their service capacity. Coordinate partner agency engagement in Food Bank events, meetings, and initiatives. Maintain accurate records of partner agency interactions, compliance documentation, and training participation. Support Network Strategy & Engagement team initiatives including: Conducting partner agency site visits to ensure compliance with Food Bank, Feeding America, and government program guidelines. Ensure regulatory compliance by monitoring and enforcing Food Bank, Feeding America, and government program standards, providing coaching and implementing corrective actions as needed. recruit and onboard new partner agencies, ensuring they meet eligibility requirements and have a strong foundation for a successful partnership. Lead cross-department initiatives to ensure a high standard of customer service to partner agencies and community stakeholders.
