Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Network Development Sales Lead will develop and execute growth strategies for CenterWell's MSO (Management Services Organization)/IPA network. Reporting to the Associate Director of Channel Development, you will engage independent primary care practices on Centerwell's MSO/IPA offering to CenterWell's IPA network in key markets. You will achieve targets around the recruitment of providers into CenterWell IPA Solutions and driving meaningful membership growth. This role is for a sales professional with demonstrated experience closing business deals, consistently meeting and exceeding goals, and requires an understanding of value-based agreements and provider contracting. The Network Development Sales Lead will be the subject matter expert on Centerwell's MSO/IPA product portfolio. This expert will support the strategic deployment of that portfolio to grow provider partnerships. These partnerships will drive the business towards its membership and revenue goals. You will achieve annual growth targets. You will also develop meaningful relationships with provider partners and executing contractual agreements to join our MSO/IPA network. This will also accomplish broad collaboration with corporate leadership, partners across contracting, key local partners, and our market leadership teams, among others.
