About The Position

The Opportunity: A well-designed network is critical to move data and enable Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) organizations to achieve their missions, but how can an organization make sure their network will fit their evolving needs? Crafting the right network, with the right equipment, software, and architecture, requires a combination of advanced technical skill, mission understanding, and strategic foresight. That’s why we need a seasoned senior network engineer like you who knows how to develop, secure, and modernize the exact network infrastructure the DoD and IC depend on to accomplish their missions worldwide. You won’t just engineer networks—you’ll help redefine how classified networks evolve to support cloud, AI, and Zero Trust architectures across Booz Allen’s most sensitive environments. Working across multiple secure enclaves and SCIF locations, you’ll lead the integration of advanced technologies that connect mission systems to emerging cloud capabilities, enable AI-driven operations, and modernize how the DoD and Intelligence Community securely communicate and operate. Your expertise in Cisco and Palo Alto enterprise platforms, software-defined networking, virtual networking, enterprise monitoring, and hybrid cloud connectivity will position you as a trusted technical leader driving transformation across classified infrastructure. In this role, you directly influence how Booz Allen delivers next-generation capabilities for space, intelligence, and defense missions—turning complex engineering into strategic advantage for national security. Advance your career with us as we help modernize and defend the DoD and Intelligence Community’s secure network infrastructure, enabling warfighters, analysts, and decision-makers to operate, collaborate, and protect national interests with confidence. Join us. The world can’t wait.
