That’s why we need a network engineer like you who knows how to craft the exact network the DoD needs. As a network engineer on our team, you’ll work with the DoD to develop a reliable network to support critical missions. You’ll collaborate with SMEs, customers, and users to learn the strategic goals and operational needs that shape network requirements. You’ll then share your expertise during the planning of acquisition, installation, configuration, and maintenance of network components. From resolving interoperability issues across platforms, to supporting the acquisition of hardware, you’ll put your hardware and sof tware talents to good use. Requirements

10+ years of experience with commer cia l hardware and networks
7+ years of experience providing implementation and engineering support for DoD enterprise networks
4+ years of experience with F5 LTMs, and Cisco switches and routers
Experience deploying, upgrading, and troubleshooting multivendor network and security equipment and solutions, including Cisco, Juniper, Dell, HPE, or VMware
Experience documenting complex network and security systems and procedures to implement and troubleshoot such systems
Experience developing and executing test and implementation plans based on requirements, and working with network-based Thales Hardware Security Modules
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel, be detail-oriented, and multitask and prioritize
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
DoD 8570-compliant Certification such as Security+
