About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team and support a diverse, growing network environment. This role focuses on implementing new networks, maintaining existing infrastructure, and supporting both internal operations and customer-facing remote networks. You will work with multiple office locations, service centers, and distribution centers, as well as manage a large footprint of remote Networks-as-a-Service deployments. You will also contribute to the operation and optimization of our extensive cloud environments in Azure and AWS. Occasional travel (approximately 10%) will be required for onsite installations and critical support.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of professional networking experience (or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: routing, switching, VLANs, STP, VPNs, SD-WAN, firewall rules, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise switching and wireless technologies; Cambium experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience with wireless point-to-point solutions (60 GHz preferred).
  • Practical experience supporting cloud networking components in Azure and/or AWS (VNet/VPC design, security groups, routing, load balancers, site-to-site connectivity, etc.).
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and change-management processes.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications such as Network+, CCNA/CCNP, AWS/Azure Associate or Specialty certifications, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Networks-as-a-Service (NaaS) or managed service environments.
  • Experience supporting distributed or multi-site enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, and optimize new network infrastructure across corporate offices, service centers, and distribution centers.
  • Maintain and support existing networks through regular patching, firmware updates, and adherence to change-management processes.
  • Respond to and resolve change requests, incidents, and performance issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support remote customer networks, including Cambium switching platforms, Cambium WiFi, and 60 GHz wireless point-to-point solutions.
  • Contribute to the design, maintenance, and monitoring of cloud-based network infrastructure within Azure and AWS.
  • Implement and manage secure connectivity between on-premise and cloud environments (VPN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, routing, and firewall policies).
  • Monitor network performance and reliability; ensure proactive detection and resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure secure, stable network operations across all environments.
  • Document network configurations, changes, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
