How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead high-impact network infrastructure strategic projects that drive measurable improvements in scope, timeline, cost, and quality across enterprise initiatives. Stabilize and revive complex or at-risk projects, quickly identifying root causes and implementing clear recovery plans to restore momentum and stakeholder confidence. Oversee project prioritization and governance, ensuring resources are aligned to the highest-value work and leaders have clear visibility into progress and outcomes. Anticipate and mitigate risks by proactively managing competing priorities, resolving barriers, and applying data-driven insights to keep initiatives on track. Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into executable plans that deliver meaningful results for the organization. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. What additional preferences we're seeking 7+ years of progressive program or project management experience, including leadership within a PMO or enterprise environment and experience with ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace. Demonstrated experience leading complex, strategic initiatives with full accountability for scope, budget, risk, and delivery outcomes. Proven technical and business acumen, with the ability to operate at a strategic level and communicate effectively with senior leadership. Requirements
