Network Operations Global Service Partner (GSP) Sr. Advisor / Program Management Sr. Advisor The Network Operations Global Service Partner (GSP) Sr. Advisor – is responsible for the strategic oversight, performance management, and financial governance of global service providers supporting provider data management and network operations. This role ensures partner delivery aligns with operational demand, quality standards, compliance requirements, and financial expectations. In addition to operational accountability, this role owns invoice oversight, approval governance, and the ongoing evolution of transaction‑based pricing models. Working closely with Network Operations leadership, Finance, and matrix partners, the GSP Manager drives transparency, cost discipline, and value realization across onshore and offshore delivery models while enabling scalable, high‑quality network operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred in Finance, Business, Operations, or a related field or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, vendor management, or service delivery leadership required
  • Demonstrated experience with financial oversight, invoice validation, or cost governance in a services environment
  • Experience managing offshore or global service partners
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect operational performance to financial outcomes
  • Proven ability to influence cross‑functional partners and external vendors
  • Experience with transaction‑based or unit‑priced service models
  • Experience supporting healthcare operations, provider data management, or regulated environments
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

  • Owns end‑to‑end management of global service partner relationships supporting provider data management and network operations.
  • Accountable for partner performance against defined service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, productivity targets, and turnaround time expectations.
  • Leads regular operational reviews and governance forums to assess delivery performance, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
  • Owns oversight and approval of global service partner invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance with contractual terms, and alignment to delivered volume and outcomes.
  • Establishes and maintains governance controls to validate transaction volumes, rate application, and billing logic prior to invoice approval.
  • Partners closely with Finance, Procurement, and Legal to ensure financial controls, audit readiness, and policy compliance.
  • Leads analysis of spend trends, unit costs, and pricing performance to identify risks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Plays a key role in the evaluation, evolution, and optimization of transaction‑based pricing models, including: Assessing alignment between pricing structures and operational complexity Identifying opportunities to shift toward value‑based or outcome‑aligned pricing where appropriate Supporting contract amendments or renewals with data‑driven recommendations
  • Partners with Network Operations leadership, capacity planning, and resource management teams to align GSP staffing and cost models with forecasted demand.
  • Oversees workload distribution across onshore and offshore teams to balance volume, complexity, cost, and risk.
  • Proactively identifies delivery or financial risks tied to capacity constraints and partners with stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies.
  • Leads joint continuous improvement initiatives with GSPs focused on increasing efficiency, accuracy, and cost effectiveness.
  • Uses operational and financial data to identify root causes, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve both delivery outcomes and unit economics.
  • Drives standardization and best‑practice adoption to reduce variability, rework, and cost leakage across partners.
  • Ensures GSP adherence to contractual obligations, financial controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
  • Supports internal and external audits by providing documentation, analysis, and remediation plans related to partner performance and invoicing.
  • Escalates material operational or financial risks with clear impact assessments and recommended actions.
  • Provides clear, concise reporting to senior leaders on partner performance, financial performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.
  • Delivers transparent insights through dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries that support informed decision‑making.
