As a Lead Analyst on our Network Strategy & Operations team, you will help strengthen the performance and reliability of our national retail pharmacy network. In this role, you will turn complex situations into clear actions, partner with experts across the enterprise, and ensure our responses to state regulators reflect our integrity, accuracy, and customer commitment. Responsibilities In this role, you will contribute to measurable impact by: Leading the intake, evaluation, and routing of retail pharmacy complaints submitted to state departments of insurance to ensure the right teams engage quickly. Investigating each issue by reviewing claims, provider interactions, client configurations, and network structures to uncover root causes and inform action. Partnering with Legal and Regulatory teams to shape clear, accurate messaging for required state responses. Preparing, proofreading, and refining supporting documents to ensure every submission reflects operational excellence and strong attention to detail. Collaborating with the Presidential Escalations team to deliver responses within required timelines while maintaining quality and clarity. Identifying trends, repeat concerns, and emerging issues, contributing insights that help strengthen processes, improve network performance, and reduce future escalations. Supporting special projects that advance innovation, readiness, and cross‑functional collaboration across Product, Pricing, Network Operations, and Network Compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal, public affairs, corporate communications, or related fields.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into clear, actionable language.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with tight deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in issue management, conflict resolution, project management, and business analysis.
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required).
  • Paralegal or similar legal support experience.
  • Familiarity with retail pharmacy networks, contracting, or healthcare operations.
  • Experience working across cross‑functional teams including Product, Pricing, Network Operations, and Compliance.

Benefits

  • For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 71,100 - 118,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
