The Network Stock Planner is responsible for maintaining balanced ULD stock at all stations within the customer network. This role ensures scheduled and ad hoc ULD requirements are met, optimizing utilization and supporting efficient network operations. Key Responsibilities and Mapped Competencies: ULD Stock Monitoring and Disposition: Ensures Accountability, Drives Results Monitor airline schedules, traffic, and ULD utilization to assess station requirements and raise timely disposition requests. Ensure all customer and station-specific requirements are considered when raising disposition requests. Follow up on disposition request performance, taking corrective actions when necessary, and escalate non-performance issues to supervisors. Station Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate, Customer Focus Distribute station ULD stock between airline ground handling agents as per the agreed allocation. Maintain strong working relationships with ground handling agents to ensure effective stock control. Provide feedback on stock utilization to Airline Coordinators and Account Managers to support accurate calculation of station stock requirements. Operational Efficiency and Continuous Improvement: Customer Focus, Drives Results Seek alternative solutions in coordination with Airline Coordinators, Account Managers, Supervisors, and Regional Managers to balance station ULD stock effectively. Identify opportunities to improve stock management processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Respond promptly to messages and action items from the mailbox, ensuring alignment with operational requirements. Project Management and Reporting: Courage, Drives Results Handle specific projects within defined areas of responsibility to enhance network operations. Work closely with field-based teams to support regional requirements and objectives. Provide accurate and timely reporting on ULD utilization and station stock performance.
