Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Neurologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem. Opportunity Details: Deliver comprehensive patient care through outpatient clinics and inpatient services. Supervise and support resident clinics to ensure high-quality clinical training and patient outcomes. Participate in the assigned on-call schedule to support continuous patient care. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary healthcare team members. Mentor and educate residents and medical students in a collaborative academic environment.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted NYS medical license
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care through outpatient clinics and inpatient services.

Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary: $267,000 (Board Eligible); $272,000 (Board Certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
  • The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $389,220 (Board Eligible) and $394,720 (Board Certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:
  • Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
  • Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
  • 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
  • Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
  • Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top-tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.
