The New Billing Agent’s responsibilities include: Perform research, enter data, and process/adjust health care appeals/claims in a variety of systems and tracking tools for a US health care client Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, assess and resolve complex issues Will encounter both standard and non-standard issues and will seek advice/escalate issues when faced with tasks outside the normal SOP’s dictated by the client Role Requirements: This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to relocate to and work in Louisville, TN, and the pay range is set accordingly.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in customer service

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field
• Outsourcing operations experience
• Knowledge and experience in any work stream of US health care
