The Sales Manager drives the performance of the sales business while creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers and employees. The Sales Manager will train, lead, and monitor the performance of the sales consultants to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives. What will you do? As part of our sales management team, you will be directly responsible for all aspects of the new car sales department. Our new car sales managers maintain and develop a highly motivated and productive sales force, while ensuring best in class customer satisfaction. Pre-Owned Sales Managers are also responsible for: Acquisition and purchase of vehicles for retail sale as well as wholesale activities Supervise new car sales staff; ability to take T/O’s Accurately appraise all trade-ins and coordinate all reconditioning Insure all aspects of inventory control, new car lot, advertising, get ready and deliveries are controlled professionally as well as cost-effectively. Responsible for administrating the new car department’s daily operations and coordinating activities for all department employees. What are we looking for? Requirements

  • High school graduate, or equivalent
  • Minimum of five (5) years prior sales experience in automotive sales environment, or otherwise related experience
  • Must pass all pre-testing requirements and background screening tests
  • Current valid driver’s license
  • Must have demonstrated leadership ability with motivational skills and proven customer relations skills
  • Ability to work independently to solve problems and operate in a multi-tasking environment
  • Strong inter-personal skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational ability with level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities
