Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is seeking a New Hire Orientation (NHO) Program Manager to lead and deliver our enterprise NHO experience. This role owns the full lifecycle of New Hire Orientation, from strategy and content design to live facilitation, operational execution, and continuous improvement. This is a highly operational and highly visible role. The NHO Program Manager serves as a central presence during orientation experiences, setting the tone for each new hire’s introduction to the Institute. The NHO Program Manager will: The ideal candidate is energized by facilitating live programs, engaging diverse audiences, coordinating complex logistics, and raising the standard of experience delivery over time. This individual combines strong program management capability with professional presence, sound judgment, and the ability to lead in front of large groups with confidence and warmth. This role blends program leadership, live facilitation, stakeholder partnership, content stewardship, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. The Program Manager II is responsible for the execution and management of complex programs that support departmental and cross-departmental initiatives. This role involves managing multiple projects, coordinating resources, and ensuring program objectives are met. The Program Manager will engage with stakeholders to facilitate program success and drive continuous improvement. Focuses on aligning projects within the program to achieve strategic goals.
