The new NME Technician will work collaboratively with Design, Quality, Process Engineering and Manufacturing. N ew programs and change point control activities are properly tracked and documented . The NME Technician will also support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives and assist with digital enhancements to existing systems. This support role will focus on identifying automation opportunities, supporting RPA development, and driving operational efficiency across business functions . Compile analysis report, report to OEM and track status to closure. I deal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a passion for improving business processes through technology. Supports and communications with all departments to identify potential quality concerns and improvement activities. Perform process capability studies. Support validation testing and failure analysis. Drive continuous improvement efficient alternatives .
