About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent ASN graduate or a nurse with up to one year of professional experience, eager to develop their skills within a supportive environment. As our National Resident RN, you will embark on a transformative journey within a dynamic and supportive residency program. Through personalized attention and cross-training across our interconnected Nursing units, you'll be set up for long-term success. Every day, you will deliver individualized patient care, collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to administer treatments, monitor vital signs, and educate patients and families on varied nursing tasks. To excel, you will actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Residency Program, leveraging clinical orientation, hands-on practice, and dedicated mentorship. This role requires a passionate learner who thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, continually building skills in evidence-based practice, critical thinking, patient safety, and interprofessional communication. You will take ownership of your practice, contribute to a positive team environment, and embody our mission and values through continuous learning and a relentless pursuit of service excellence. Requirements

  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
  • 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of hire
