Looking for a position that makes you smile? We’re seeking a New Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. Responsible for handling incoming calls from new patients to schedule new patient appointments, work reports for Clinics as assigned by leads, and follow up on non-scheduled calls. Also responsible for clear and detailed notations on accounts and communication via email and chat with our clinical locations.

Requirements

  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to listen and understand information verbally and in writing
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic Knowledge of using computer systems, which may include software programs, entering data or processing information
  • Basic Knowledge of digital applications including web, email, chat, text, etc.
  • Basic Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual preferred, but not required
  • Dental field experience a plus, but not required
  • Call Center experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Follow New Patient Intake form when scheduling appointments
  • Respond to inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, utilizing proper grammar and verbal skills
  • Provide optimal patient experience by effectively scheduling new patient appointment
  • Follow up with patients who did not schedule on first call
  • Work as a consultative partner to your clients, building rapport and providing direction
  • Communicate clearly and frequently with clinics
  • Quickly report system/software issues to management for resolution
