The Night Audit Supervisor will ensure accurate allocation of revenue to the appropriate departments and maintain daily balance across all revenue departments, while completing all required reports. Responsibilities Conduct all audit procedures as outlined by the hotel and company policies on a daily basis. Verify and ensure proper handling of all wake-up call requests. Reconcile all cash receipts and work completed during the audit shift, and make cash deposits. Prepare the front office for the ‘A’ shift and reset business for the day. Serve as the Guest Service representative and Manager on Duty during nighttime hours. Perform the duties of PBX operator during the audit shift. Actively participate in all front office meetings. Engage in all training and cross-training programs. Take the initiative to warmly greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Other duties as assigned by the leader
