The Role As the Night Audit Supervisor, you oversee the night audit team and ensure accurate financial reporting, smooth overnight operations, and excellent guest service. You are the point person for resolving issues, supporting the front desk, and maintaining safety and security throughout the night.
Requirements
- Previous night audit or front desk experience required
- Strong understanding of hotel systems and basic accounting
- Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Able to work overnight shifts consistently
Responsibilities
- Supervise night audit staff and overnight front desk operations
- Ensure accurate completion of daily audit tasks and financial reports
- Assist guests with check ins, check outs, and service needs
- Monitor hotel safety, security, and cleanliness during overnight hours
- Resolve guest issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Balance and reconcile daily revenue sources
- Communicate important information to the morning management team
