You’ll work Night Audit two nights per week and Front Desk from 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM on other scheduled days. • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Dependable, professional, and calm under pressure
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout your shift

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and handle check-ins/check-outs with ease
• Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest requests
• Deliver top-notch customer service that keeps guests coming back
• Handle payments and maintain accurate records
• Reconcile daily hotel revenue and reports with accuracy
• Post charges, balance accounts, and complete audit reports
• Run end-of-day reports and prepare for the next business day
• Ensure guest safety, security, and confidentiality overnight
