About The Position
What You’ll Do: Provide excellent guest service during the overnight hours Balance and reconcile daily revenue reports Prepare and organize materials for the morning shift Maintain a calm and secure environment throughout the night Occasionally assist with evening front desk duties, like check-ins and general guest service What We’re Looking For: Dependability and a self-starter mindset Comfort working independently overnight Basic math and computer skills Great communication and attention to detail Prior hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!
