About The Position

Join Slate — the team behind spotless spaces at a premier national boutique fitness studio brand. We're hiring a Night Cleaner and Lead Cleaner for 3 locations in the Burlington area. The role assigned (Cleaner or Lead) will be determined based on your experience and interview — we're looking for the right person first.

Requirements

• 1+ year of professional cleaning experience
• Comfortable working nights and independently
• Reliable transportation to all locations in your group
• Smartphone with mobile data
• Willingness to travel between locations on your schedule

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain fitness studio spaces after hours (equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby)
• Follow a detailed checklist and photo documentation for every visit
• Use our mobile app to clock in/out, complete checklists, and upload photos
• As a Lead: conduct weekly supply inventory and support cleaner performance
