Seasonal Night Driver Technician Clarke of Labelle, FL is seeking to hire a Night Driver Technician to help control populations of adult mosquitoes by ensuring that spray equipment is working properly and applying an ultra-low volume mosquito control product to contracted communities, subdivisions, industrial sites, and other harborage areas. WORK SCHEDULE AND SALARY This position earns a competitive wage of $ 15.00/hr and generally works Monday-Friday, 6PM-2AM (start/end times may vary based on business needs). The Night Driver Technician must be available to work part time on call and will support the summer seasonal operations through November/December. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT FIELD TECHNICIAN As a Night Field Technician, you are responsible for driving a company vehicle to apply a mosquito control product to contracted communities, subdivisions, industrial sites, and other harborage areas in an effort to control the mosquito population. You love your graveyard shift job as you get to be out of an office and driving the local community during the calmest times of the night. A map will be given to you by your supervisor for you to utilize as you navigate your truck through treatment routes while abiding all traffic laws. You have excellent attention to detail as you apply treatments accurately, safely, and in a timely manner. Lastly, you document all activity to ensure customer's contracts are completed. When you are not spraying, you are performing inspections and maintenance on your equipment, attending training, or helping in other aspects of your field.
