The Role: The Night Riders is responsible for vehicle checks, completes equipment paperwork, stays in communication with the Lead Night Rider, and relocates between harvest locations throughout the season. It requires working six days a week across all shifts, maintaining strong teamwork and professionalism, reliable attendance, and completing additional tasks assigned by the Transportation Manager. Location(s): Salinas, CA; Tres Picos, CA; Imperial, CA; Yuma, AZ Areas of Responsibility : Perform vehicle checks as required. Complete necessary paperwork for equipment as required. Maintain constant communication with Lead Night Rider. Relocate between Tanimura & Antle's harvesting operations: Tres Picos, California from mid-October through mid-November; Yuma, Arizona from mid-November through mid-April; and, Salinas, California from about mid to late April through mid-October, depending on the production season, which is affected by weather, plant quality, labor supply, and business necessity. Able to work at least six days a week and all shifts, including late night (graveyard) shift. Establish and maintain positive relationships with team members and supervisors that reflect a reputation for professional communications, service, trust, integrity, reliability, attention to detail and urgency. Work effectively and collaborate as a team member and promote a positive Company image. Must have reliable, predictable attendance and punctuality. Perform other duties as assigned by Transportation Manager.
