About The Position

TDM Farms, the hog production division of Hog Slat, Incorporated, is seeking a dynamic individual with previous Feed Mill experience, to fill the role of our Night Shift Feed Mill Supervisor (10p-10a). The primary responsibilities of this role will be to coordinate and manage the overall feed mill operations.

Requirements

• Ability to use critical thinking and judgment skills to reach the best possible solution to a problem
• Demonstrate experience or desire to facilitate, encourage, coach and lead a team to reach set goals
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
• Supervisor experience
• Able to work holidays & weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn to make the different formulas of feed that TDM distributes to local TDM farms.
• Maintaining the micro table and roller mill.
• Completing micro testing when needed.
• Transferring of corn
• Completing the feed and driver lineup
• Oversee 2 other nighttime employees
