About The Position

- As a Supervisor for BFP-Cutstock2 at The Beasley Group, you'll be the go-to person for making sure everything runs smoothly in our production line. You'll lead a team, manage resources, and ensure that we hit our production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards. Your role is crucial in keeping our operations efficient and our team motivated.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols in a production setting.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with production equipment and machinery is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory experience is a plus, but not a must-have.
• Experience with cut stock operations or similar production processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the Cutstock2 section, ensuring production goals are met.
• Lead and mentor a team of production workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure they are functioning properly and safely.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any issues.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Track and report on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist in training new employees and provide ongoing support and guidance to the team.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
