Responsibilities

As a Service receptionist, you will be expected to answer all inbound calls to the dealership, determine the nature of their business, and direct callers to their destination.
Answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers.
Process payments for service and balance payments daily.
Prepare Rental agreements and review with customers.
