About The Position
As an NMJ Confirmations Agent, you will ensure a seamless new member experience by confirming package details with members, owners, and guests, verifying accuracy and qualifications, and updating records in Clarity/VOICE. You’ll also handle guest concerns, rebook missed tours promptly, and review tour details for accuracy to support successful bookings and overall company success.
