Cook Solutions Group is seeking a skilled NOC Technician/Technical Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves monitoring dashboards and ticketing systems, promptly responding to technical issues, and supporting our external customers with alarm and access control systems, ATMs, and camera surveillance. Location: Portland, OR - On site position Pay: $21.39 hour ($44,500 year) with growth opportunities within the first year. ($24 hour/$50K year by 90 days). Hours: GRAVEYARD SHIFT - Sun-Wed - 8PM - 7AM. Four 10 hour shifts
