About The Position
Intensive Care Consortium (ICC) Healthcare is seeking a Critical Care Intensivist to join the team at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital in Miami, Florida. Qualified Candidates/Additional Details: Must be Board certified or board eligible critical care Active Florida License or ability to obtain Ability to work Full Time-15 shifts per month- 12-hour shifts, mix of days and nights Open to Full Time Nocturnist if interested in all nights 31 ICU Beds, MSICU and CVICU 1 MD and 1 APP during the day, 1 MD in house at night (adding Swing Shift APP) Ability to start in Summer 2026 Ability to speak Spanish preferred, not Incentive/Benefits Package: Competitive hourly compensation with an excellent benefits package including health, dental, life insurance, stock options, 401k with company match, disability, CME/Dues allowance and days, and more Expert practice management including privileging, provider enrollment, and billing and collections Appropriate staffing models and flexible scheduling 100% covered occurrence-based malpractice insurance Employed W2 opportunity
