Non-Certified Scrub Tech, Variable Part Time Day Shift, Operating Room
About The Position
Fort Washington Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Non-Certified Surgical Tech for our operating room who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. As an Non-Certified Surgical Tech you will: •Assists the Surgical Team in providing a safe, appropriate, and culturally aware patient care •Help surgeons during surgery by passing them instruments and other sterile supplies •Prepare the Operation Room with all the necessary supplies •Properly sterilize required instruments and supplies •Serve as surgical assistant as needed •Assist in order and restocking Operating Room supplies and instruments
Requirements
- High school or GED required
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program and certified eligible
- 1 year hospital Operating Room experience preferred
Responsibilities
