A critical part of this role is understanding how to tell this story, such as commissioning original research, and strengthening SUSE’s partner ecosystem in North America and driving quality stories with and through partners. In 2026, a massive part of this role is AI-Augmented Reputation Management, using data to predict and mitigate sentiment shifts.
