Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time (up to several consecutive hours)
Responsibilities
Lead Welcome Team leadership team
Ensure that the welcome team leadership team has all they need to be successful on Sundays
Ensure that all teams are well staffed with capable volunteers through PCO
Take note of any observations on Sundays and bring those to leadership
Lead Connection team meetings as assigned
Deliver items from Central to North campus (ex. Top 5, envelopes, etc.)
Lead and execute baptism Sundays at North.
Communicate clearly to team in preparation for baptisms.
Message all New Here and New Life people
Answer all text messages from the Sunday survey
Add to planning center and workflows
Manage onboarding process for all volunteers
Assist in growing a team to help execute plans for the atrium
Ensure that each Sunday, the atrium is set up in a way that enhances the experience, making sure there is opportunity for promotion and community
Attend Staff Meetings
Attend weekly one-on-one meetings with connection personnel and manger
Carry out and manage connection process
Build systems and leaders that will facilitate growth within all connection areas
Authority to conduct religious services through writing original devotional material that is communicated to all welcome team leadership personnel on a weekly basis
Other duties as assigned
Flagship event roles are subject to change from event to event and will be communicated to each staff member after approval from their executive oversight at an appropriate time
