About The Position

This role is a critical bridge between product development and internal teams, ensuring smooth adoption and deployment of new products and features. The NPI Implementation Lead serves as the first expert on every new release, translating complex technical updates into actionable knowledge for implementation, training, and support teams. This role requires a highly technical, proactive, and communicative professional who can influence internal readiness and customer-facing success. You will lead early adoption, build comprehensive documentation, and deliver training sessions, while also supporting high-impact product demonstrations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys turning technical complexity into clear, practical solutions that enable team and customer success.

Requirements

  • Proven technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new tools, software, or platforms without prior training
  • Strong communication skills, able to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in project or program management, coordinating multiple product releases simultaneously
  • Ability to translate technical product details into practical guidance for internal teams
  • Experience creating training programs, documentation, or knowledge transfer materials
  • Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills
  • Comfort in fast-paced, dynamic work environments with multiple stakeholders and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to gain deep understanding of new products and features, acting as the primary early adopter
  • Identify potential friction points and operational challenges prior to general release
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive internal knowledge bases, training materials, and toolkits for implementation teams
  • Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and assessments to ensure team readiness
  • Design and deliver standardized product demos for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key features and value propositions
  • Support customer demos for key accounts and act as the technical expert during presentations
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align demo environments with real-world scenarios
  • Drive continuous improvement in product adoption, knowledge transfer, and operational efficiency
