Raytheon is looking for a Finance Senior Manager supporting financial execution of the Naval Shipboard Missiles Systems (NSMS) Critical Munitions Acceleration (CMA) portfolio of programs, with effort spanning Non-Recurring Development, long term multi-year production, and internal capital/expense investment that support the required large-scale production capacity increase. This area projects an average of $300M in revenue per year with contractual EV programs. Requires oversight of multiple different FFP contracts and CapEX. This role requires clearance and some work in classified space. Additionally, this position will lead a team of 3 finance professionals. The role is being posted as onsite and is based on the needs of the business. The Program team is in Tucson Arizona. The preferred candidate will be located onsite. Some travel may be required.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years experience.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management) and Estimates at Complete (EACs).
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • You will be accountable for financial oversight of NSMS Capacity expansion programs, with contracts spanning FFP and capital.
  • This position requires proactive leadership and significant interaction with the Program Managers, Contracts, Engineering, Supply Chain, and others, to ensure alignment regarding strategic, operating, and financial objectives.
  • You will ensure compliance with required Estimates at Complete (EACs) and contractual earned value.
