• Support Staff: Fully staffed OR
• No of ORs: 2; 1 Endo Suite
• Trauma Level: IV
• Care Model: Medical Supervision
- but must still be comfortable working independently• EMR: Epic
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements

• Active MI License
• BC
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
• COVID Vaccine
• Local (highly preferred)
