About The Position

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Nurse Case Manager to support individuals with work-related injuries in Northern California, specifically covering San Franciso to San Bruno (Oakland and surrounding areas). The ideal candidate will conduct consultative exams assessing both physical and psychological aspects without administering medical treatment. Our Nurse Case Managers work collaboratively with physicians, claims adjusters, and employers to facilitate evaluations, screenings, and case management for Insurance Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities, and Employers. This position is Monday through Friday with flexible hours (not set hours) and may require occasional travel of up to 5 hours as needed. This position offers a competitive starting salary between $100,000 and $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, and is bonus eligible on a monthly basis. Transportation reliability is essential. Responsibilities: Deliver tailored services for individuals affected by work-related injuries. Collaborate with physicians and claims adjusters to develop efficient and cost-effective treatment strategies. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and healthcare partners. Serve as a key liaison connecting patients with their healthcare providers. Qualifications: Associate of Science degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher-level nursing degree. Active RN license in California. Proven clinical experience, ideally in ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, and/or Neurology. Experience in Workers’ Compensation Nurse Case Management (required). Requirements

  • Associate of Science degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher-level nursing degree.
  • Active RN license in California.
