Requirements
- Master's prepared experienced nurse educator
Responsibilities
- Implements ANA Standards of Professional Development
- Manages educational software and online resources (EBSCO, LMS, LEXicomp)
- Develops curriculum utilizing innovative teaching modalities including power points, gaming, e-learning and simulation
- Creates and revises policies and competencies
- Aligns educational initiatives with organizational goals
- Participates in nursing research, evidence-based practice and quality initiatives
- Leads staff development and remediation
- Promotes diversity, inclusivity and adapts to learner needs and preferences
