Requirements

At least one year of experience as a nurse injector in a medical spa setting.
Graduate of accredited nursing program with current state license
Working knowledge of commonly used injectables and other aesthetic products
Previous beauty, customer service and sales experience required
Previous medical spa, dermatologist or plastic surgery office experience required
Ability to deliver treatment focused results while adhering to company policies and protocols
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
Possesses wide-ranging knowledge of injection techniques.
Excellent knowledge of dermatology and skin care treatment.
Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Photos of previous aesthetic work preferred.
Expert in laser hair removal, radio frequency skin rejuvenation consultations and treatment plans preferred.
Expert in consultation and treatment plans using CoolSculpting device preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides direct patient care as a representative of the physician, treating the patient in a style and manner developed and directed by the supervising physician and consistent with authorized practice as defined by state law.
Performs consultations and treatment plans for all aesthetics services provided at our location including recommendations for patient concerns and guidance to achieve desired outcomes at a high standard.
Maintains and upholds Advanced Eye Care and Aesthetics’ core belief in enhancing and delivering natural looking results. Delivers care in accordance with mutually agreed upon guidelines that are developed by the physician and R.N. and based on the physician’s delegatory style.
Limits their involvement in the assessment and implementation of treatment to agree upon procedures including but not limited to injection therapy, taking into consideration their training, experience, and preparation of the R.N.
Tracks referral sources, sends thank you letters to the source, and dictates consultation letters to the patient.
Responsible for the coordination of retention correspondence to patientsregarding their follow-up treatment plan.
Maintains the patient’s medical records detailing all treatment procedures,medication history, and educational materials distributed.
