About The Position
Responsible for performing tasks and responsibilities within the framework of the established plan of care for a specific patient or group of patients. Performs age specific assessment interventions responding to specific individual needs. Provides prescribed care to an age specific group of patients including medication administration. Identifies and reports patient response to care as well as the physical, psychological and spiritual needs/status to the physician/RN
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited license practical program.
- License required from NJ State Board of Nursing.
- Successful completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) within 1 year of hire.
